Senior Project Manager

c. £40,000 (DOE)

Project Management

Client management and liaison including contract clients (Hotels, Members Clubs etc)

Supplier management and comms

Overseeing maintenance of CRM database

Project scoping, incl. strategy, timelines and planning

Overseeing prep of repeat project docs (e.g. schedules, call sheets, risk assessments etc)

Forecasting, budgets, and profit analysis of each project 

Identifying new revenue streams, overseeing PR opportunities and collaborations 

Studio Management

Primary support to creative directors 

Managing and overseeing KGF producers / florists

Liaising with KGF accountant / bookkeeper incl. weekly payables (Xero)

Managing company Calendar / Task software (Scoro)

Requirements & Skills

At least 5 years’ experience in events/ production 

Confident and engaging manner with Clients

Super organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail 

Advanced IT literacy to adapt to KGF software (incl Scoro, Slack and Xero)

Advanced use of Excel. Knowledge of Adobe (Indesign / Photoshop) is a bonus, though not essential.

Excellent written English and clear communication
